Minimum Requirements
To be eligible for the CSCP exam, a candidate must meet one of the following criteria.

  Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus two years of related business experience

  CPIM, CFPIM, CIRM, or C.P.M. designation plus two years of related business
     experience

  Five years of related business experience.

However, there is no minimum age required. If you satisfy any of the above mentioned criterions, you must send an eligibility approval application to APICS which is available online at http://www.apics.org/CSCP. You need not be an APICS member for taking this certification exam. You need to pass only one comprehensive exam of 4 hours to be CSCP certified.

Examination Registration Fees
The rupee draft must be drawn in favour of "KNOWERX EDUCATION(INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED" payable at Mumbai. Alternatively, you can also do Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) to our HDFC Bank A/C No 01822320000422 or our ICICI Bank A/C No 026 705 001 137.
 

Please mention your name and APICS ID number in the Comments/Remarks column while doing the EFT and send the transaction number and other details by e-mail.

Exam Locations
An exam location will open for an exam date only if there are at least 15 exams registered for that exam date for that location. Candidates will be informed immediately after KNOWERX EDUCATION (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED Registration Deadline, if an exam location will not open. Candidates will have the choice to ask back their registration fee drafts, or choose another exam location. If KNOWERX EDUCATION (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED is unable to contact a candidate, the registration fee drafts will be sent back to the candidate automatically.

Filling Paper & Pencil Exam Registration Form
If you do not have an APICS ID number, please send us following details one week prior to KNOWERX EDUCATION (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED Registration Deadline:
1. Your name as you would like to appear on your certificate
2. GENDER
3. Your date of birth in DD-MM-YY format, eg. 05-MAY-74
4. Your mailing address with PIN code
5. Your daytime telephone number with STD code and extension number, if you have any
6. Your Mobile Phone number, if you have any
7. Your e-mail address

As we send all communications by courier, while specifying your mailing address, please be sure that someone is always there in the daytime to receive courier documents at that address, and hand-over to you the same day. Please avoid giving the address of a large organisation, as our experience shows that courier documents may get lost, or reach late, or handled carelessly.
If you stay outside India and want us to courier the fee receipt, exam registration confirmation, certificates, etc. to an address outside India, the courier charges will be charged extra. We prefer that you give us an address in India for couriering.

Change of Exam, Change of Test Centre in India or Rescheduling to Next Available Exam Date in India
If a candidate wishes to change the subject he or she is registered to take or wishes to register at a different test centre within India, a written request must be received by KnoWerX before the deadline given. There is no fee for changes in test centre or subject. However, for rescheduling to next available exam date in India each rescheduling request must accompany draft @ Rs.1, 000 + 12.36% service tax as rescheduling fees.

Cancellations
If registered for first attempt, cancellation amount Rs 15, 750/- will be refunded after approx. 2-3 months. For retake exam, cancellation amount Rs 8,400/- will be refunded after approx. 2-3 months.

Medical or Other Emergencies
If exam is cancelled on medical ground, Rs. 19,950/- fees will be refunded after appx. 6-8 weeks. For retake exam, cancellation amount Rs. 12,600/- will be refunded after approx. 6-8 weeks.

Time Limit
Candidates have four hours to complete CSCP exam. Candidates who finish early may leave whenever they are ready.

How to Access Learning System?
It is strongly advised that you prepare for exams using learning system mentioned by APICS. If you do not have access to the Learning System, you may look for following options:

  Your company's library.

  Your friends, college, or university library.

  Purchase from the Holmes Corporation through KNOWERX EDUCATION (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED
     as it is not available in India currently. Cost of each Learning System is Rs 40,000/-.
